  • Results increase understanding, prediction, and workplace well-being

  • Client and participant confidentiality

  • Participant anonymity is guaranteed

  • Results are aggregated in groups > 10

  • Participation voluntary (nonanswer any given question)

  • This platform allows a feedback back-channel to raise discrete issues

  • MWWA delivers instrument to diagnose root climate issues

  • This platform provides an opportunity to make improvements towards more sustainable organizational success
