PROUD PROVIDER OF MINNESOTA WORKPLACE WELLNESS ASSESSMENT (SM) SERVICES

Hello friends and colleagues!

With the Minnesota Workplace Wellness Assessment (SM) and benchmarks, we deliver a foundation of holistic understanding the contemporary workplace. By building our model around well-being, we have laid bare the more important predictor, Fairness in the workplace. Employee perceptions of fair treatment, respect, and feeling listened to are just some of the key elements in our Fairness Index, which correlates more strongly with Well-Being at Work than even Engagement.

Our 10 minute online climate assessment tool allows you to capitalize on this research and identify your own strengths and weaknesses relative to national benchmarks. Our research delivers evidence-based recommended actions for you to be the hero, improve your organizational health quotient, and help ensure sustainable success for your organization.

If you could prevent even one regretted loss due to attrition, wouldn’t you want to try? Estimates for the cost of replacing one average employee vary between 50% to 150% of the annual salary for that job. Reducing your voluntary attrition even by a modest and achievable 10% can provide a return on investment of well over 100%.

Our benchmark annual event tracks trends to understand the workplaces of the 21st century.  The assessment event was sponsored by Colihan Consulting in Shoreview, Minnesota. MWWA was designed by Dr. Joe Colihan and Anthony Schulzetenberg and is based on research published in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Educational Psychology literature.
